This Refund Policy explains when payments for noanxiety.me digital products may or may not be refunded.

1. Digital Product Notice
noanxiety.me sells digital products and digital access, including AI poster generations, poster credit packs, and subscriptions. Digital products can be delivered immediately through your account, so refund rights are limited once credits, subscription access, or generated posters have been provided.
2. Are Payments Refundable?
In general, completed purchases are non-refundable once digital access has been delivered, credits have been used, or a subscription billing period has started. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
3. When We May Approve a Refund
We may approve a manual refund on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- Duplicate charges caused by a payment or checkout error.
- A billing amount that is clearly incorrect compared with the checkout price shown to you.
- An unauthorized transaction after reasonable verification.
- A paid credit pack was charged but credits were not delivered to your account.
- A generation failed due to a service-side error and the credit was not automatically restored or manually replaced.
- A subscription was charged after confirmed cancellation due to a system or billing error.
4. When Refunds Are Not Available
- Unused credits remaining in a credit pack are not redeemable for cash and cannot be partially refunded. Once purchased, credits are non-refundable and may only be used to generate posters within the stated validity period (3 months from purchase).
- Used credits or successfully delivered generated posters are not refundable.
- Active subscription billing periods are not refundable simply because you changed your mind, stopped using the service, or forgot to cancel.
- Refunds are not available for accounts suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service.
- Refunds are not available when the issue is caused by content submitted by the user, unsupported use, local device problems, or third-party restrictions outside our control.
- Promotional, free, trial, or bonus credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund review, contact us by email at [email protected] with the subject line "Billing". Include the email address connected to your noanxiety.me account, the approximate purchase date, the Stripe receipt or checkout information if available, and a short explanation of the issue.
We may ask for additional information to verify the account, payment, or technical issue. Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method through Stripe, and processing time depends on Stripe and your bank or card issuer.
