1. Acceptance

By accessing noanxiety.me, creating an account, generating a poster, purchasing credits, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Content

noanxiety.me provides tools for creating motivational AI poster images from text messages and selected visual styles. Poster generation uses the black-forest-labs/flux-2-flex AI model. The service may include account management, poster generation, downloads, credit packs, subscriptions, billing history, and related support.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate account and billing information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten service security, abuse trials or credits, create payment risk, or violate applicable law.

4. User Content and Generated Posters

You are responsible for the messages, prompts, styles, and other content you submit. You should only submit content that you have the right to use.

We use automated content moderation, including the Creem Moderation API, to review prompts before AI generation. Prompts that are denied or flagged by moderation will not be processed.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any third-party restrictions, you may use the generated posters you create through noanxiety.me. We may process and store your submitted content and generated outputs as necessary to provide the service, maintain generation history, handle support, and improve reliability.

5. Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Credit packs and subscriptions are digital products delivered through your account.
• Credits may be consumed when generating posters. If a generation fails due to a service error before delivery, the system may restore the credit automatically or we may review the issue manually.
• Subscription access continues until canceled or until the end of the paid billing period, subject to payment status and these Terms.
• Prices, limits, features, and plans may change. The current price and plan details are shown at checkout or in the pricing page.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In general, because noanxiety.me provides digital products, completed and delivered credit-pack purchases and active subscription billing periods are non-refundable except where required by law or where we approve a manual refund for billing errors, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or verified service failures.

7. Prohibited Behavior

• Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, hateful, defamatory, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not submit content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of others.
• Do not generate, request, submit, or attempt to generate content that is not safe for work (NSFW), adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, erotic, or sexually suggestive.
• Do not generate or attempt to generate sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, exploitative content, or content that promotes self-harm or violence.
• Do not attempt to bypass payment, usage limits, daily limits, credit rules, account restrictions, or security controls.
• Do not use automated scraping, credential stuffing, reverse engineering, service disruption, or other abusive technical activity.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or provide access to the service in a way that violates these Terms or harms noanxiety.me.

8. Intellectual Property

The noanxiety.me website, branding, interface, software, design elements, documentation, and related service materials are owned by noanxiety.me or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service materials except as allowed by these Terms.

9. Availability and AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated results may vary. We do not guarantee that a generated poster will be error-free, suitable for every purpose, unique, or free from artifacts. The service may be unavailable, delayed, or interrupted due to maintenance, third-party provider issues, network problems, usage spikes, or other events.

You are responsible for reviewing generated posters before publishing, printing, or using them commercially.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, noanxiety.me disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, noanxiety.me will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of noanxiety.me after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
